City Flats on Tenth welcomes your pets at our Bloomington apartment community! We have no breed or size restrictions on dogs, but there is a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly pet rent for pet owners.City Flats on Tenth welcomes most pets to our Bloomington apartment community. Pets bigger than a certain size have to live on the first floor or the second floor above a garage. There is a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly fee for pet-owning Residents.
